Returns, Exchange, & Refund Policy

7 Days Easy Returns and Exchange
We provide a seamless return and exchange policy within 7 days of delivery.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders.
  • Prepaid Option Preferred: Select the prepaid payment option to avoid an INR 100 handling fee per product for COD orders.
  • Refunds:
    • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
    • For COD orders, refunds will be issued as a coupon code.

Important Guidelines:

  • We highly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order. Ensure all stickers and labels remain intact during this process. This video will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s). Without video proof, it may be challenging for us to process returns or refunds.
  • Exchanges are allowed only once per product and are subject to stock availability.

 

Urdugraphy does not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.


We only provide product exchange, and that too only if the reason is found valid after verification by our team.


The following are NOT considered valid reasons for exchange:


  • Personal preference or change of mind
  • Color difference due to screen or lighting
  • Size issues if size chart was followed incorrectly
  • Minor design, print, or fabric variation



Exchange requests will be accepted only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or wrong product delivered.


All decisions regarding exchange approval are final and at the sole discretion of Urdugraphy.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • You can cancel or modify your order (update contact number, address, product style, or size) if it hasn’t been dispatched from our warehouse.
