Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

 

 

Refund and Exchange

  • Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • Quality Check: Products must pass our quality inspection during the reverse pickup process.
  • Exchanges: Limited to stock availability and allowed only once per product.
  • Video Proof: Record a video while unpacking your order, keeping all stickers/labels intact. This serves as proof for claims regarding missing or damaged products. Without video proof, processing returns or refunds may not be possible.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Products bought during clearance sales, BOGO offers, brand collaborations, or events with free products.
    • Boxers (for hygiene reasons).

Reverse Pickup Services

  • We offer free reverse pickup services with two attempts for each order.
  • For non-serviceable areas, customers must self-ship the products to our warehouse:

  • Share the courier docket for tracking with us. Ensure the package is securely packed with your ORDER ID and registered mobile number.
  • Refund for self-shipping: A full refund and up to INR 100 for courier charges will be processed after passing quality checks.

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hours of quality check and credited to the original payment method within 7-15 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds will be issued as a coupon code valid for 12 months.

Example:
If a COD customer returns a product worth INR 300, they will receive a coupon for the same amount. If the refunded coupon is used for a prepaid order, any remaining balance will be refunded to the bank account after quality checks.

Cancellations/Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled or modified (e.g., change in number, address, product style, or size) if they haven’t been dispatched. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at urdugraphy01@gmail.com.

Defective/Damaged Products

  • Report issues such as defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery with photos or unpacking video proof. We will replace the product at no extra charge.
  • Do not accept torn, damaged, or empty parcels. Raise a query within 48 hours if this occurs.
  • Refund will be processed once the product passes quality checks.

Important Note:

  • For all returns, a return processing fee of ₹199 will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • This fee applies to both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid orders.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Ensure accurate bank details for refunds. Errors are not our responsibility.
  • Handle products carefully while in your possession.
  • Check the size guide before ordering.
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution differences.
  • COD orders incur a cash handling fee of INR 50 per product; prepaid orders have no additional charges.
  • For prepaid orders, contact us within 48 hours if you receive a delivery confirmation but not the product.
  • Refund coupons must be redeemed fully in one transaction. Partial redemptions are not allowed.

 

One-time exchanges are free, with pickup and replacement arranged.

Exchange request can be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Second-time exchange is charged at INR 500 (covering courier cost).

Returns accepted with refund via credit note/discount code with unlimited validity.

Products purchased with credit note/discount code are not eligible for exchange.

 

Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: Available on above 499 orders value.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped from Udaipur, Rajasthan.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Metropolitan Areas: Delivery within 1-5days after processing.
    • Rest of Bharat: Delivery within 4-7 days after processing.
